Transition Team Report to be Presented at Special School Board Meeting

WHAT: The co-­chairs of the Transition Team appointed by Dr. Shawn Joseph will present the committee’s full report to the Board of Education at a special called meeting next week. The full report features more than 100 short-­ and long-­term recommendations that identify and address key issues confronting the school system. The recommendations are drawn from the Transition Team’s findings, which were released in late November as part of Dr. Joseph’s report on his first 100 days in the district.

The release of Transition Team’s full report culminates the work of the 47 committee members who worked in four subcommittees focused on Student Achievement, School Choice, Human Resources and Talent Management, and Communications and Community Engagement.
